The Constitution just says admitting states is up to Congress, doesn’t mention the president. Is it the true that the President can’t veto DC Statehood if Congress voted in favor?

Good veto question, because I don’t know the answer. I assumed yes that POTUS can veto. As US Congress, POTUS, & SCOTUS are sworn to uphold US IV-4-1 protections against tyranny vote theft tainting the federal process we all live under, so should done
