Do you have a map of where DC region helicopters regularly fly? Many fly regularly east-west across Cleveland Park just north of JohnEaton Elementary School, on what I can only assume is a well organized corridor. Can explain what such corridors can do to improve noise issues?

Are there proposals to improve the quietness of helicopters, such as changing flight altitude, or paying to better insulate homes as MassPort did for numerous homes near BOS Boston Logan Airport (with major energy efficiency boost saving $), or even improved quieter helicopters.
