  Thank you so much Mrs. Norton! Where I live Planes and Helicopters routinely fly over close enough to cause my T.V. signal to stop snd continue when they are past. Day and night. Ridiculous.

  Is the a way the City can fine planes that disturb the DC Quiet Hrs of 10PM to 7AM? Those DAILY 5:45AM @AmericanAir jets ROARING louder than the limit set by Code 20-27 daytime 60dbA & night time 55dbA, over our NW neighborhoods are causing more disturbances than the helicopters.
