I love @O2 but hot damn the delivery service they're using @officialUKMail is a total nightmare. A shame as it's tainting @O2

I been waiting for 2 days for delivery still not here I have a reference number to say was getting delivered yesterday only to be told lies and still not here really bad service and paid extra £5 very poor
