@eljeppy I think shows areas they should focus on improving and push Blizzard to do great things. So I'm not happy, but I see it as good.
@Jon_Jagger kind of mirrors my reaction. Instead of "yay loads of folks quit" it should be "now Blizzard need to work to get them back"
