So broadband is back but the speed is half what it was previously. It looks like I am on BT Infinity 1 and not BT Infinity 2 :(

@eljeppy ask them to re profile the line, it will have automatically dropped while going wrong.
@jonshute an engineer is taking a look Monday. I figured it was something they could do remotely.
