@BTCare well as it seems to exactly match infinity 1 I'm hoping it is a simple flick of the switch to infinity 2 which I've had for a year.
So broadband is back but the speed is half what it was previously. It looks like I am on BT Infinity 1 and not BT Infinity 2 :(
