Is it a fear that without some gender, race or sexual orientation advantage they themselves would be disadvantaged?

@eljeppy And as such, I believe they fear the tables will turn on them if said minority gets the "upper hand".
@Lilulicious I guess they don't understand it is about equal opportunity and not handing over all the marbles.
