WoW folks how did upgrading to CCE work for Mists?

@eljeppy Had 2 accts. Pre-purchased digital for main, bought CE at launch, asked Blizz to apply CE key to main, and switch digi key to 2nd.
@Molsan @WowDotBen so what they just announced is the same? Or did you have a money back option?
