@AsdaServiceTeam my order 22896416262 didn't show up last night. No texts or phone calls were received and the "help" line kept telling me it was on the way and the actual shop isn't taking calls. Very annoyed at such hideous service.

I've received zero communication from the store and had to call the help line several times only to be given misinformation. In a household with two vulnerable people this was beyond inconvenient.
