      You said you saw fraud occurring. That's a claim. Did you mean that you saw what you (in your non-expert and uneducated opinion) believe to be fraud? The latter sounds more likely.

      It is fair. Trump and his enablers made accusations and those accusations have proven false. His false claims of massive widespread fraud are nothing but the mad ravings of a sociopathic egotist unable to face the truth and reality of his loss.
