      I would invite you to actually read the Bible ...book of Genesis ... God gives us free will and he is 100% logic based and will not go back on that ... evil is what we have chosen, not what He allowed....

      First, your question is more fitting for Jews than Christians ... Jesus is an interceder to God so the question to us is moot on some level .. However, because the people that were punished and judged choose a sinful way - it is all logic based ... choose sin = destruction/death

      And yet where is the destruction/death in modern times? Seems very haphazard. What changed? Good people suffering while the bad prosper. Has Jesus stopped interceding or has God stopped taking his calls?
