      er that's not how it works. The administration departments request funding for the year to come. Trump is head of the administration. Are you suggesting he cared so little that he had no involvement in the US budget? He was suddenly shocked by one of the most important bills?

      Yawn. Trump's Admin didnt ask for that, and most of the crap in that bill. The budget is requested by Congress, Trump approves it or vetos it. He will veto it until they remove crap like Gender Programs for Pakistan.
