Of course it will not travel through the EU that is the whole point. It will come into Felixstowe, Immingham, Southampton, Ipswich, Liverpool, Bristol and the dozens of other ports around the UK. Now try again to answer the question

I've worked in shipping my entire adult life and you're talking out of your arse.

That is clearly not true. You know nothing about strategic supply and certainly nothing about shipping if you think freight to UK from ROW has to come through the EU. Just to let you know I set up the shipping of recyclate to China via Hong Kong with UK and Chinese Gov in 1998.

Sure thing, Barry. The bulk of trade with this country will still come through the EU. Even leaving aside your "potentially hostile" BS what you said is NOT a tangible benefit. If you don't have a genuine one just say so.

That’s not what you said Jeppy is it. You said that ALL trade will still have to come through the EU which is patently untrue. Anyway, Boris has done, what looks like from media questions, a good deal. Well done Boris - Brexit is the success we always said it would be

No I didn't say that. I said the "supply line" will continue to come through the EU. Your argument about potential hostile suppliers is therefore moot. As for Brexit being a success? Behave. You're probably still waiting for that 350 million for the NHS.

Great success! You assumption on supply assumes that trade stays as it is. I said we need to shift trade around the world. The point was clearly made to you that having a wider supply chain is a benefit. Answering that by assuming no change is just avoidance as you have no answer

You're living in some weird fantasy land. Do you honestly think suppliers will change their physical delivery routes when a trade deal is directly with us rather than via the EU? What utter uninformed crap.

Dear oh dear how thick are you? If we don’t buy from the EU but buy instead from the rest of the world why would they deliver their goods through the EU? Dear oh dear oh dear no wonder you lost the referendum - thick as pig shit

Barry, I understand your desire for triumphalism, it seems to be "stock in trade" for a vocal minority of those that want brexit. However, whilst you celebrate, many people, myself included will be rendered unemployed, please spare us a thought.

He doesn't care. He sees expressions of the genuine harm that Brexit will do to lives and livelihoods as "remainer tears". As long as he gets to laud it over some foreigners he's a happy man. He no doubt thinks that makes him a patriot.
