      Negotiators are still talking (apparently about specific quotas for specific species of fish) but the UK Cabinet is about to gather on a conference call - that wouldn't happen if No 10 wasn't by now very confident that deal is shortly to be finalised for real

      Amazing how much the EU will conceded when the threat of a no deal is real. If we hadn't been forced to take it off the table last year we could have had this sorted much sooner

      Fishing would be the most obvious point that has been won but we will need to see the details of the deal to see the rest.

      "won"? Do you actually know what that word means. Brexit in and of itself is a loss for the nation. Remind us what was promised in 2016.
