Pretty much all the foreign aid was requested by the Trump administration. You see this is primarily a spending bill and as such lays out US spending. That you don't know how the budget system works is pretty disturbing. As a patriot you should surely know stuff like that

Go read the bill. Then go read every other spending bill. Do you think all that shit Trump banged on about yesterday was new allocation? Do you think the Republican senate majority just nodded it through Dem "pork"? Do you even know how the US works?
