Based on past vaccine development, it did happen under his administration and in less than 9 months. Oh yea, that couldn’t be reported until a couple of days after Election Day!!!
His whole response to Covid has been hideous and HAS cost lives. Treating states differently dependent on whether they are blue or red is the act of an egotistical sociopath. Just that alone is why he's the worst president ever and there's so much more.
