Yes.The loser concedes. Except there have been cases in the past where people have questioned the legitimacy of the results and taken them to court prior to conceding. This isn’t the first time. If trump and others think the results are not legit then they have a right to contest
It happened in 2000 and Gore conceded in December after the Florida debacle. No modern president has ever refused to conceed and Trump is running out of legal contentions. No way this goes to January. Oh and thinking something isn't legit isn't enough. There's no evidence.

Gore conceded after due process. But for some reason we all are trying to deny trump that right. How do you know there’s no evidence? We do not have access to the files submitted to the court. If it turns out Biden won legitimately then it will be confirmed that he has won.
