Neither have won, because the vote counts haven’t been completed and the courts have requested that numerous “blue states” be recounted due to discrepancies. Biden calling himself president-elect is also like saying the moon is made out of cheese. Both need to wait for results.
Biden HAS won the election. Trump is trying to prove fraud that doesn't exist and therefore can't overturn the result. The only recounts going on those that were triggered by election process.
