When Trump ordered a flights ban, the party who just won the election called him xenophobic & irresponsible. So thank God they weren’t in charge. Trump is also the initiator of Operation Warp-Speed which this vaccine development gives thanks to.
He didn't ban flights he banned Chinese nationals. He also knew full well it had spread beyond China and it's deadliness. He then downplayed, lied and bullshitted. His actions, inactions and lies cost lives.
