He did not Declare victory over all, just in states that even CNN and MSNBC had declared him the victor of... but you don't care do you... you didn't even hear Biden do the same thing and think something similar, though his were a bit more premature....
That's simply untrue. Trump said several times during that he'd won. Biden said that he was still on track to win. You do realise there's actual video tape of both speeches right?
