Pandaria for sure! I tend to jump around, though. Typically, I jump around from the starter zones, Cataclysm zones and Pandaria zones.

Oooo I'm saving her for my last Alliance one. Right now I'm leveling a nightborne mage through Pandaria and then it's on to my mechagnome.
