Have they? Name the mistakes they have made. When dealing with a pandemic and certainly one the likes of which has not been seen for 100 years if ever, don't you mean things that could be done better?
Not renewing our stocks of PPE alone has cost lives. That was a conscious decision. Therefore a mistake. Not closing mass gatherings sooner has cost lives and was another mistake. Not implementing checks at airports and mandatory isolation has cost lives etc etc.

Both the statements that the government can do no wrong is as incorrect as saying the government can do no right. They are both equally as dangerous. No time for spin and BS.
