So allowing PPE to dwindle and become ineffective was a good plan and only bad in hindsight? How about running down the NHS? A bad idea just in hindsight? You are defending the indefensible. Exact same situation but with a Labour government you'd be screaming blue murder!

No ones stock pile is going to last the whole pandemic, of course they have to replenish The NHS hasn't reached capacity yet which means we are in a much better place than Spain or Italy - so what is your point about the NHS?

They had to replenish very quickly because stocks hadn't been maintained which shows a clear lack of foresight. They are now scrambling to procure in a seller's market. The NHS was run down unjustifiably hence why fixing what they broke was a cornerstone of Tory manifesto.
