Your criticism is directed at a government representative. I assumed you were apportioning some blame. I apologise if that was not your intent.
I think it's clear mistakes have been made. Given the circumstances that's not surprising. This isn't the time for blame but it's also not the time for spin and BS. We are where we are and need to learn quickly what's going wrong and fix it.
