Excess profits that are creamed of and hidden away from taxes are an anathema and are pretty common amongst the wealthy. Trickle down economics doesn't work. Boom and bust is a result of rampant misguided speculation. As for development? Clearly you misunderstand the word.
And he was rewarded for that. He also achieved that literally on the backs of millions. Do you think he deserves to be a billion times wealthier?

1.He isn't a billion times wealthier. He is if ur wealth is around $100. Which you'd have to be very poor to have. 2. The system isn't saying he is worth that much, the system is saying you can be worth this much and rewarded if you achieve greatness for others.

He has lowered prices and increased competition increasing total satisfaction by way more than his wealth and definitely by way more than he spends on his self. People hate billionaires but they are rich because they gave us something we didn't have or made it better.

A great many billionaires didn't. They just ride on the backs of the other 99%. Even the so called robber barons actually made things and in many cases truly spread their wealth by social good. Many people would argue that Amazon is not a positive as it's size is monopolistic.
