can't 'breed out' weaknesses because they are subjective. we will essentially end up where we started
That is however what eugenics attempts to do. It is also what cultivation and animal breeding has been doing for centuries. I wasn't arguing for the efficacy of eugenics but against your statement regarding the killing of current stock.

cultivation & animal breeding attack simple issues, redder roses, bigger cows & so on. But humans are complex as such the technique is not applicable.
