Not in terms of relevance or influence over reforms but I can think of 13 billion good reasons
13 billion is a drop in the ocean compared to the economic benefits of the single market and the customs union. Also the strength we have as a bloc in trade deals elsewhere in the world will be lost. The pros of membership far outweigh the cons.
