That must be why we've had so much influence when we've tried to make changes and the EU have listened and acted on our suggested reforms. The only relevance they care about is our £13 billion

Not in terms of relevance or influence over reforms but I can think of 13 billion good reasons

13 billion is a drop in the ocean compared to the economic benefits of the single market and the customs union. Also the strength we have as a bloc in trade deals elsewhere in the world will be lost. The pros of membership far outweigh the cons.
