Truly hideous. Parliament becomes less and less inclusive and diverse as a result. The extremes do not represent anything but the worst areas of our society. It saddens me to see them once again, on the rise.l

The reasons people are stepping down is what's important. The natural churn is being influenced by an overwhelming toxicity. There are fine representatives being effectively forced to choose safety over public service.

I have seen the reasons given by those stepping down who otherwise would not have done so. I'm not sure why you appear to be trying to defend the indefensible.

You can be as bemused as you like. It's a situation that necessitates condemnation regardless. The truth seems to be though, that you support moderate voices being excluded. In which case you also deserve condemnation.

Really? It seems you've spent a great deal of your Twitter life doing just that. You seem exceedingly unhappy with MPs doing their jobs representing the best interests of all their constituents etc. Voices you don't want to hear appear to not count. Bye.pic.twitter.com/75PbHwrauU
