The PM asks (regardless how he is made to do so) for a change as our representative to the EU. The EU agrees (all 27 members give them the say so) and the treaty changes. Parliament didn't actually vote for the article but simply to trigger it.

So the executive of Parliament (The Government) has the authority to make this decision ? They no longer control the majority & as such this executive power is in the hands of the opposition. A coup !

The government are currently ruled by the Benn Act which makes it unlawful for the PM to not accept the extension to the 31st January. In all things parliament is sovereign.

It only took Parliament a matter of a few hours to elevate this Bill into law. Most importantly, with the help of the speaker... It makes it A COUP !

Nope that's the legal process of a representative sovereign parliament. Saying COUP in all caps doesn't make it one.

If it is a representative Parliament, then the MP's have broken their oath when 486 voted to remain, with 406 constituencies voting to leave to 242 remain. 17.4M people not being represented... A coup !

They are representatives not delegates. Yours and others failure to understand this fundamental point is where your argument always fails.

That's because our system isn't a delegate based system.

Clearly a democracy denier...wonder if you would accept the result of a people's vote ?

You are clearly not equipped to understand the basic tenets of our political system. You are a fact denier. Don't try and cover your ignorance with false claims of democracy.
