What’s your point here? All these MP’s were elected on a manifesto that said they would implement brexit. That’s the end of it, if they fail to do so then yes, they are simply self serving
How did Mr. Baker vote on the original Brexit deal? How did his constituents vote in 2016? Curious

His constituents voted to remain overall. That’s irrelevant now as each MP cannot work towards remain when the country as a whole voted to leave. If people didn’t like that then in 2017 they didn’t have to vote for him did they

They are doing their jobs. Their primary duty is to represent the BEST interests of their constituents and the country. Most have focused on stopping no deal since that is not in the best interests of anyone.
