Boris Johnson writing the letter and not signing it like when I was 7 and used to just run my toothbrush under the tap for 2 minutes and not brush my teeth.
I suspect he has tried similar "tricks" in the past with child support cheques. I understand he's planning the "squeem and squeem until I'm sick, sick, sick" gambit next.

Nah...his issue with child support cheques is that no one has a clue just how many he has to sign...not even his wiki page!
