I want our country to be one that honours the result of democratic votes. Otherwise, our vote counts for nothing & democracy dies.https://twitter.com/fleetstreetfox/status/1185606843109986305 …

I voted remain too. However, we voted without knowing where we would end up three years down the line. We're in a very different place now. We have general elections every 5 years max, how is it undemocratic to hold a second ref knowing everything we do, unlike first time around?

Very few people have changed their mind from the first time.

How do you know?

Because pretty much every poll says so. Please stop assuming leave voters are all idiots who didn't know what they were voting for.

Not a single person knew what they were voting for because there was no deal on the table

Then perhaps they should have worded it differently. You can't just have another one. Or will we go with best of 3 maybe?

Always the same argument. No one is saying we should just keep on voting. A final say referendum will need to be legally binding, untainted and informed. Implementation of the result should be part legislation putting in place.
