You're confusing government with parliament. How much research did you do?

It's still the conservative remainers which are also blocking so it is both, but yes I perhaps should have used the term parliament (splitting hairs a bit)

The conservative "remainers", who pretty much all voted for the previous deal, aren't part of the government or indeed the governing party. You accused someone of not doing their research you see why these fundamental misunderstandings may cause people to question your own.

The truth is the leave campaign lied and made false promises. The remain campaign only talked worse case scenarios and not the EU benefits. A final say is, given what we know, a perfectly sensible and democratic thing to do.

It's down to us unfortunately to work out the lies from the truth and to say remainers never lied not once is niave imo.

I think the remain campaign did lie or exaggerate in certain areas. Both campaigns did. With something that will effect us for generations, though, saying they're all as bad as each other doesn't cut it. A legally binding, untainted and informed final say is essential.

Also there are no doubts remain lied aswell, they stated just as many UK citizens live in EU as there are EU citizens in UK, and actually was completely a lie as there are 2 thirds as many EUs in UK than brits in EU.

As I said he said she said is not the issue. The issue is the lives and livelihoods of you, me and the whole country. Since 2016 our knowledge of the debate is very different. Give the people the opportunity they deserve to decide on what happens next. That's all I have to say.

But every vote in history has effected lives so why is this one any different

Not like this and to say otherwise is beyond disingenuous. As I said the gulf between our views is so unbridgable further discussion is fruitless. I do, however, wish you a good day.
