I think you are (probably deliberately) missing my point. If the internet is a threat to retail (which it is, I’m not denying that) why are these effects only happening this year, not last, and are at their worst around times of brexit exit dates?

And yet, we’ve all been busy, except for this year... but no, you’re obviously the expert in the industry I work in.

I give up. It’s like talking to a brick wall, only less satisfying. Retailers spend money on development, and have done for years. Except not this year. This is NOT a coincidence. But believe what you like, I imagine you’ll be a lot less busy when your customers go bust

You've dodged around a lot in this discussion. You're original point was that basically nothing will change in the event of Brexit "I'll have a job so it's fine" seemed to be the sentiment. You've then tried and failed to back that I'm alright Jack attitude up.
