      There are bigger problems to worry about right now regarding Blizzard, and WoW in general. Like for example the fact that Yanks call *Alts* ...'Toons' - I mean why aren't people outraged about THIS?

      All toons are toons. Even mains. When I’ve heard Euro folks say Chars, I think of burnt wood. Charred if you will. 😛

      The EU thing (predominantly) is 'Char' is your main, and 'alts' are all the others. There's also 'main-alt' to denote 'second' :)

      Yeah we use alts and main alt as well. At least that seems to be universal in the 10 years I’ve been around. But “toons” is just a collective umbrella. “My main” is my main toon. 😀

      I tend to use main and alts. Though my main varies almost daily! In moments of zen it's the avatar of my eternal consciousness 😁
