That's worse case scenario and a report under the previous remain government. As for polls they're no different from just prior to the referendum which was why remain was so cocky. Also disingenuous, the question being asked in these polls are flawed as John Curtice has said.

No, it’s the base scenario with a new title. The same scenario that was leaked weeks earlier, only with the bits about the fuel shortages redacted. And it’s the current document, by this (Johnson’s) government.

Please check your facts. Check what was leaked by the times journalist a few weeks before the release of the official document. They are word for word identical apart from the title. Actually do some research, rather than rely on blind faith.
