No second referendum without enacting the first. Or else the UK ceases to be a democratic state....and strangely enough would fail to uphold the ECHRA....ironic no.
The referendum had no legal weight. No ECHRA implications what so ever. If it had been backed by law it would have been overturned. Now that's ironic!
