Backing Corbyn, for the limited goal of preventing a damaging no deal Brexit, should be seen as the ultimate country before party. Maybe Raab should quit threatening and start doing the same.

You can't guarantee that a no deal will be more damaging that the Withdrawal agreement or as it's better known now as the surrender deal. Corbyn would just accept anything from the EU because his main objective is to be PM.

Really? The WA is a slow and steady disentangling from a 40+ year relationship. No deal is ripping it all asunder. The government weren't spending billions on mitigating the WA. Oh and only idiots who the see the EU as our enemy call it surrender.

With the way the EU are acting one would easily be led to believe they are the enemy and not friends as they purport to be. The WA is a long drawn out way of keeping us tied to them for ever. We see things differently.

The EU are acting in the interests of the members of the EU as they should. They seem to be more concerned with the lives and livelihoods of us in the UK than you appear to be. Certainly more than the manipulators behind Brexit. The WA is a necessary process.

Why do you think that our whole survival is reliant on our membership to the EU. We have only been members of the EU for a very minimal time when you consider our trading history. If we leave and stop our contributions who is going to make up the shortfall?

I don't think our survival is reliant on the EU. Their survival is also not reliant on us. We are however stronger together. Nationalism and exceptionalism are concepts of the past and should stay there.

When you consider the Majority of the members are not net contributors and Germany and France being the largest net contributors it's obvious that money plays a big part. That's one of the many reason why the EU NEED the UK.
