It cannot be the right answer to the big question of whether we remain or leave the EU to have that finally determined in a court of law based on an Act of Parliament rushed through against the wishes of the PM, the Government and the majority who voted Leave in the referendum.

You know the current target is preventing a no deal. Oh and stuff was rushed through due to the unlawful actions of your leader.

What was unlawful was the court dabbling in politics. If there had been any crisis, why the hell were all the other parties going on their jolly holiday trips to the party conferences? THERE WAS NO CRISIS. Nothing they could say that couldn't have been said in previous 3 yrs.

The court wasn't "dabbling" in politics but doing it's job of judicial review. The government was unable to give a reason for 5 weeks of total closure. Party conferences are covered by recess which allows parliament work to continue.

Parliament had the procedure of no confidence to block brexit. There was no law for the chicken supremes to review - so they just made up new law despite the fact parliament could have easily stopped Boris by a NCV. It was clear and unequivocal political dabbling
