John Bercow confirms House of Commons will resume sitting at 11.30am tomorrow. No PMQs but "full scope for urgent questions, ministerial statements and applications for emergency debates under Standing Order 24". PM now prisoner of the Commons.

Prorogued is different from recess (the usual process for conferences). It shut down ALL scrutiny and business. It was done to stop parliament doing it's constitutional role. The ruling reversed that as it rightly should have.
