They voted leave. We have had any possible kind of anti-leave filibustering possible in various disguises for 3 years. Tell me, Why has Remain not been taken off the table.

Remain is on the table because as the years have gone by and reality has dawned it is (still) the best option. 2016 did not freeze democracy.
