Isn't that true of any withdrawal agreement? I.e. ANY withdrawal agreement could be amended to include a customs union or second referendum, couldn't it?

I don't have to prove it. The cost/benefit needs to be done by the stupid bastards suggesting it. However when Brexit MEP candidates suggest we will have a 30 year downturn but not to worry it won't need as big a sacrifice as WWII it doesn't seem good.
