      No it hasn't so still no mandate for BPs WTO Brexit. Won't be one after May 23rd either.

          Ahhh deja vu. So 17.4 million saw that, ignored the 350 million NHS lie, were uninfluenced by the racist "breaking point" poster, didn't believe we held all the cards or would have the easiest deal ever? But voted to go WTO? A route many still don't understand. Sure!
