The ECJ made the decision it could be done unilaterally. I'm guessing in this case you wanted the EU to have to approval?

What more do you need. Green party environment policies are reflected in EU policies. To say otherwise is beyond disingenuous. In fact the UK is falling behind reduction of things like fossil fuel subsidies. I know you need to make the EU a bogeyman but honesty is important.
