Strange then that it’s not what the Pro-Leave Tory MP’s were saying leading up to the referendum or why would the likes of Davies and Johnson say a deal would be easy to get, this confirms what as always been said that Leavers did not actually know what they voted for

Oh dear god, back to that old argument. "you didn't know what you voted for" Yes we did, TO LEAVE THE EU, to not be governed by EU laws and regulations, where our own court system is not superseded by EU laws, where we are free to trade under our own agreements.

Shocking how many leavers believe they speak for what 17.4 million did or did not know in 2016. The various permutations were beyond opaque. Not so much now. Quit fearing the dynamic nature of democracy.

Shocking how many remainers speak for the 17,4 million leavers saying they didn’t know what they were voting for, all the leavers I’ve spoken to knew exactly what they were voting for

A no deal Brexit? Vast amounts of news footage at the time of vox pop said differently. The whole thrust of the leave campaign said differently. More money, better trade, freedom etc.

By your comment it’s clear you are yet another remainer that is again saying we didn’t know what we were voting for

No I'm saying that all 17.4 million weren't voting leave for the reasons you were. I'm saying that vote gave no mandate for a no deal Brexit. I'm saying wanting a no deal Brexit and claiming you represent 17.4 million is therefore false.

Prove that statement, yet more remain BS. Remember no deal is better than a bad deal ? And leaving under article 24 is not a no deal. Why is the border between Gibraltar and Spain not being made a big an issue like the Irish border ?

It can be proved one way or another in a confirmatory referendum. Does that scare you? GATT 24 is a red herring. No deal means pure WTO including the double edged sword of MFN. Comparing the border between Spain and Gibraltar lacks any understanding of history.

Evidence that article 24 is a red herring. History doesn’t come into it, if a border is required in Ireland then it will also be required in Gibraltar, and if you don’t think a border is required in Gibraltar explain why, because currently there is no hard border in Gibraltar

Well as you've been told there is a hard border. You've also clearly never sat in the queue to cross. As for history and the Irish border? Really? Oh and there's GATT24 https://uktradeforum.net/2019/01/26/why-claims-about-a-wto-article-24-interim-agreement-are-a-red-herring/ … Google will find much more.

I will give you the hard border at Gibraltar, never said I didnt understand the history of Ireland, typical remainers not reading what was written. However who will our hard border in Ireland ? EU, Ireland and and UK have all said they wouldn’t
