I can almost see your lip curl when you sneer the word “populist” as though it’s some dire insult. I prefer the word “democracy” and that belongs to everyone, even you.
The Labour politicians of the 30s and 40s were populists &‘rabble rousers’ :they brought more equality to this country than ever in our history & the NHS. They had radical ideas & the energy and intelligence to fight against the establishment -& win. Radical change is Brexit.
