Tomasz the decision to Leave has already been made & with a majority of 1.4 million & a turnout of over 72%. 17.4 million people voted Leave, not 313 MPs with a majority of 1, of which the 1 was convicted for perverting the course of justice & lying to the police & wearing a tag.

Cooper bill doesn't say "no Brexit", it says "no HARD BREXIT". Hard Brexit was not on the ballot, as you well know.

Tomasz there is no hard or soft BREXIT, only BREXIT. We voted to Leave and that means leaving the European Union in its entirety, if remain had won we wouldn't be having this half baked debate about consoling the Leave fraction but pushing ahead full-on with political unification

Good point and since Cooper bill doesn't address Brexit, only 'no deal', we can safely conclude it doesn't subvert the referendum, but deals with the HOW.
