She isn't trying to (explicity) stop Brexit but a no deal Brexit. Given the harm it would cause seems sensible to have a net.

So do small businesses get better deals than big ones? How long before EU members switch to true internal members with all the benefits we will have lost. If your business exports why would you want a hostile one.

They won't need to find buyers in the other 27 countries. WTO will allow them and others to dump goods into the UK. They will be able, under the same rules, make our exports into the EU more expensive. Not smart economically.
